My main concern is if in the future we will repeat again the same mistakes we have made until now. Crisis is the opportunity to change our attitude and to make a reflection about how to change the future. For achieving this I think we need two things: a new model of development and education.

On one hand, I think is necessary to create a workshop between the university and the construction industry, two worlds so isolated until now, for working together in a process that is not theoretical but real for creating a new model of development for the future. On the other hand, it would be very helpful improving the level of sensitivity of the Spaniards towards the building environment and the landscape for imagining new ways of building the territory.
